These placeholder Terms outline the intended operating model between TKL Group Buying ("TKL") and buyers. They are provided for design review and should be finalised with TKL and independent legal advice before launch.
TKL selects, sources, purchases and is solely responsible for the products offered on this platform, including quality, safety, warranty, certification and availability. CyberG7 Technologies LLP provides the website, product listings, order capture and the shared order-tracking spreadsheet, and holds no responsibility for product sourcing, fulfilment or payment collection.
Orders are confirmed only after TKL verifies receipt of payment via PayNow against the submitted reference or proof. TKL is the final authority on Payment Status (Pending / Verified / Rejected / Refunded).
Buyers choose delivery or self-collection at checkout. TKL arranges fulfilment and updates Delivery/Collection Status accordingly.
Cancellation and refund requests are handled directly by TKL in accordance with policies to be confirmed and published prior to launch.
This platform is a sales channel only. CyberG7 Technologies LLP is not liable for product defects, delivery delays, or disputes arising from transactions between buyers and TKL.
These Terms may be updated as the platform is finalised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
