Name, mobile number, email, delivery/collection address, order details and PayNow payment reference or proof submitted at checkout.
Solely to process and fulfil your order — recording it in a secure, access-controlled shared spreadsheet used by TKL and authorised CyberG7 personnel to verify payment and manage delivery/collection status.
Only TKL and authorised CyberG7 Technologies LLP personnel involved in order processing. Data is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is required to fulfil your order.
The platform is intended to use HTTPS, access controls, spam protection and regular backups, with reasonable PDPA-supporting measures as outlined in the CyberG7 proposal.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us via the Contact page, subject to any records TKL is required to retain for order or accounting purposes.
